Refund and Returns Policy

At Framewalla, we are committed to delivering beautifully crafted wooden frames that bring your memories and art to life. Each frame is carefully made, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we have a clear and straightforward refund and returns process.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

1. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a frame that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us a clear photo of the frame you received along with your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a hassle-free pickup and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if the frame has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

We take great care to protect our wooden frames during packaging and shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly email us with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged frame

  • An unboxing video

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.


3. Incomplete Order

If you ordered multiple frames and some are missing, they may have been shipped separately. If any item is still missing after delivery, contact us with your order details. We will investigate and send the missing item(s) promptly—usually within the same day.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Timely Reporting: All issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order to ensure quick resolution.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of many of our wooden frames, returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged products.


REFUND PROCESS

Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Products

Once the returned frame is received and inspected, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Missing Items

If a replacement is not possible for a missing product, we will issue a refund equivalent to the value of the missing item(s).
