Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we carefully inspect each frame. If it clears quality checks, it will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We ship via reliable courier partners, with charges calculated automatically at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available for orders above ₹999. Lower-value orders will incur a nominal shipping fee.
Express shipping (where available) can be selected during checkout at an additional cost.
Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or complimentary shipping—our team will inform you at the time of purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days for metro areas; rural and remote regions may take 6–10 business days.
Express orders generally arrive within 2–4 business days.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to courier performance, public holidays, or external factors like weather or transport delays.

Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s tracking portal.
If your tracking information doesn’t update within 24–48 hours or you encounter issues, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
