While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations — especially in colour tones or wood grain — are a natural characteristic of handcrafted wooden products and shall not be considered a defect.

Sales Policy

Framewalla (https://framewalla.net/) enters into a binding agreement once an order is placed by you (the Buyer) and accepted by us (the Seller). Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice will be the final price, inclusive of applicable taxes and standard shipping charges.

Please note:

• Orders confirmed by the Buyer are final and cannot be cancelled once processed.

• Framewalla reserves the right to cancel an order if any unauthorised or suspicious payment activity is detected.

• We may also cancel orders in case the product is out of stock or due to unforeseen production delays, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Once payment is received and the product passes our Quality Check (QC), the order will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
